Please note we require a minimum of 48h notice to reschedule/cancel your appointment and will charge the full rate for improper notices. This policy is in effect to ensure Clean Clique staff are guaranteed stable hours and steady wages. If we are able to fill the space the cancellation fee will be waived.
*due to the Covid-19 outbreak this policy has been updated. If you or anyone in your familyare experiencing any flu-like or Covid-19 symptoms and it is not possible to give proper notice there will be a service charge of 60% of your regular fee to help cover costs.
Lock Out Charge:
In the chance that we are locked out of your home or you have not given us proper instructions on entering your home, the full fee will be charged.
